Reservation conditions
A deposit of one night's accommodation charge is required to confirm your reservation. Remainder of accommodation charge will be processed 14 days prior to your arrival. Generally, a minimum stay of two nights will apply on long weekends, Easter, Christmas holidays (22 December to 15 January), and at times of special events. Please see our bookings
calendar regarding any minimum stays which may apply for your proposed dates.
Cancellation policy
If more than 14 days notice of cancellation is given, the initial deposit will be refunded less a 10% handling fee. If cancellation is received less than 14 days before the arrival date all deposits will be forfeited unless alternative arrangements can be negotiated.
Check In/Out
We welcome you to check in at 2:00pm, and check out at 11.00am.
Luxury Lodge
The Beach House at Bayside is most suitable for guests 12 years and over.
Smoking
We ask that you refrain from smoking inside, but have provided smoking facilities on the balconies and in the courtyard areas for your convenience.
